Stay safe and comfortable

Through the end of January 2026, temperatures will drop to sub-zero levels. This can create dangerous and uncomfortable conditions at our bus stops. We urge all passengers to follow the tips below to stay warm while waiting at our stops.

Franklin Park Toledo Stop

The Froggy Transportation bus will be parked near the bus stop as much as possible for passengers to shelter in. For passengers DEPARTING Toledo, the bus will arrive earlier than the scheduled boarding time to allow early passengers to wait in the bus. For passengers ARRIVING in Toledo, the driver will allow passengers to wait inside the bus up to 10 minutes after arriving for connecting transportation. After 10 minutes, passengers can be dropped off at the mall food court doors. Check out this list here of other businesses near the bus stop to shelter in. TARTA will also be providing a free warming bus from 5:30pm to 10pm when the temperature drops below 20°F.

McNamara Stop

Our stop is located the farthest away from the doors, so we recommend passengers check their emails for a live tracking link of our bus and only proceed outside as the bus is entering the terminal. At the stop, there are shelters to wait in. Each shelter has heaters operated by a dial timer on the walls.

Evans Stop

Passengers may wait inside near the doors facing our stop. The Evans Ground Transportation Center features large windows with a clear view of the bus arriving at the platform. The corner windows at the bottom of the escalators is the warmest viewing area. Passengers should check their emails for a live tracking link of our bus and only proceed outside as the bus is entering the terminal.

Changes in pricing

New offerings starting March 1st 2025

We have reviewed our package offerings and have made changes to reflect customer demand. We will now have offerings for small groups of 3-4 travelers and have expanded our discounts. The following changes have been made effective March 1st, 2025:

New: Round Trips for three riders ($60 per rider)
Returning: "4 for 3" buy 4 one way tickets for the price of 3
Discontinuing: Round Trips for single and dual riders. This deal will be offered again during special events and festivals.
Changing: Senior discount available for passengers 62+ years of age (previously 65+)

Our impression in our first quarter

Since starting our service in October 2024, we have connected hundreds of people between Toledo and Detroit airport. Our goal for 2025 is to connect thousands. We thank all our clients for trying our service and sharing their experience.
