How it works:

When booking your departure from Toledo, select "Hope United Methodist Church" as the pickup stop. In the next section enter the number of nights you plan to be parked (30 days max). Any vehicle parked between 5pm–9am counts as one night, regardless of arrival or departure time within that window. If you only need to park during the day, you may park near the mall bus stop at no charge.


⚠️ARRIVE EARLY as the bus will DEPART from the church 15 minutes before the posted departure time.


If your plans change and you need to extend the number of nights parked, you must contact us before your permit expires.


Enforcement:

All vehicles must display a permit on their rearview mirror provided by the driver at the time of pickup. All vehicle owners must follow the rules below. Violations include warnings, bans, and/or towing at owner's expense. The lot is monitored by video and audio surveillance.


Rules and terms

  • You accept all risks and agree that neither Froggy Transportation nor Hope United Methodist Church are responsible for personal injury, loss or damage to vehicles, equipment or contents.
  • Your permit must be displayed on the rearview mirror at all times with the number facing forward.
  • Only one permit is issued per group/transaction. To park more than one vehicle, you must make multiple bookings.
  • Permits are non-transferable and valid for the vehicle and dates booked only. No refunds are issued for unused days.
  • Vehicles must be parked in the designated overnight parking area only. No vehicles may be parked in front of the church, on neighboring streets, or on adjacent properties.
  • Vehicles must be parked within the lines. Vehicles may not occupy more than one space or park on the grass.
  • Passenger cars and motorcycles only. No RVs, trailers, ATVs, commercial or oversized vehicles.
  • Vehicles must be in proper working condition with intact windows, no fluid leaks, and windows rolled up.
  • Vehicles that have NOT been repaired for applicable recalls are PROHIBITED from parking.
  • Do not leave valuables visible in your vehicle. Froggy Transportation is not responsible for theft or damage caused by weather, vandalism, or other external factors.
  • Froggy Transportation is not responsible for mechanical issues, dead batteries, flat tires, or any change in vehicle condition occurring during the parking period.
  • No loitering, camping, or occupying vehicles overnight.
  • No hazardous materials may be stored in or around vehicles.
  • You may not use any building facilities, including restrooms, power outlets, or water taps. Facilities are available at the mall.
  • Vehicles may not remain parked for more than 30 consecutive days without written permission from Froggy Transportation. Vehicles remaining beyond the permitted period are subject to towing at the owner's expense. 
  • Froggy Transportation is not liable for any damage incurred during towing of vehicles found in violation of these rules.
